Door Knocker/Sales

We're building a high-performance sales team for a painting company that already has the systems most reps wish they had. This is a commission-based opportunity for top-tier closers who want real earning potential without starting from zero. We provide warm lead opportunities through existing home service businesses, private lead sources, scripted and recorded ads, and proven sales messaging designed to help you convert faster.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$70K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $130K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Experienced with proven and trackable experience. Must have recorded 1M in sales in a full calendar year within the last 36months
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
