Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at our team, you'll help businesses and property owners find the right security solutions to protect their assets and operations. On a day-to-day basis, you'll reach out to prospective clients, explain how our surveillance systems meet their specific needs, and guide them through the process of choosing the right solution. You'll also follow up with existing clients to ensure their systems continue to meet their expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $90K annualized
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
