Sales rep/Sales manager/inside sales
Door knocking not only homes, but also insurance offices, realtor offices, key referral partners like tree removal and pest control companies to get ongoing referrals. Also going to meetings with networking groups around the city that we are involved, and getting in more groups that we aren't involved with yet.
What you'll be doing
- Lead sales rep generates leads through networking, referrals, and 'six pack' door-knocking in the Memphis metro, then closes deals with Housecall Pro contract management
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $1M+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
