Project manager/sales

Day to day operations is door to door sales, referral sales, canvassing neighborhoods, helping homeowners navigate insurance claims.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $100K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $100K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Easy to work with, hardworking, understanding their job duties, insurance claim experience, roofing sales experience, familiar with commission-based structure, organized,
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
