Outside Sales Representative
At our team, our fiber sales representatives have the ability to move around to the best available areas within the Brightspeed market, but also will knock alongside their managers and *company owners*.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$100K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Able to travel, strong work ethic with consistent discipline. Physically fit and capable of speaking with people they don't know
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
