Outside Sales Rep ( Door To Door Sales)

Closer earning 14% on every self-generated deal and 10% on company-set appointments — but the real upside is the path to Sales Lead, where you keep your personal commission AND earn 1% overrides on every dollar your team collects.

What you'll be doing

• Door-to-door roofing sales reps work in setter/closer model with leadership track for top performers and integrated back-office support systems
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $137K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
