Foreclosure/Acquisition Specialist

As a Foreclosure/Acquisition. Specialist you will be responsible for the whole property acquisition cycle, from prospecting to having the deals closed. We will provide you with a list of properties that are in foreclosure in the state of GA with the names, phone numbers and addresses of the homeowners. Your job will be to 1- contact them via phone, text and door knocking, 2- identify who is interested in working with us and 3- sign a contract with one of the types of deals that we do.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$96K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $204K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
