Enrollment Director

If you want to do well while doing good, this is the position for you. The Enrollment Director makes a life-long impact on the families we serve by shepherding them through the inquiry, assessment, and enrollment processes. Our enrollment process includes an emotions-based, consultative sales process, using solid data and social proof to provide the justification for the enrollment decision.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $148K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
