Door to Door Fiber Optic Sales Rep
They'll be going door to door in neighborhoods where fiber internet is available, talking with homeowners, letting them know the service is in their area, and helping them get set up if it's a good fit. So just simply meet people, have real conversations, and close deals. What makes it different is the earning potential and growth.
What you'll be doing
- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$42K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $96K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
