Sales Professional

The Sales Professional role is a summer opportunity for those who want more than a typical hourly job. Instead of earning $15-$18/hour, you'll learn valuable communication skills, build confidence, and create meaningful financial momentum in just a few months. Last year, the average of the top 50% of our rookies earned the equivalent of $91/hour over the summer, showing what's possible with the right vehicle of opportunity.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$144K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $612K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
