Sales Manager (Outside Sales)

The Outside Sales. Manager at our team is responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing residential sales team. This role combines personal sales production with leadership responsibilities, including recruiting, training, and mentoring door-to-door sales representatives in the Oklahoma City market. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Manager works in the field alongside the team, helping reps improve their sales approach, running training sessions, and supporting them with strategy, motivation, and accountability.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $90K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $240K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
