Outside Sales Representative (Residential)

As an Outside Sales. Representative with our team, your role is to meet homeowners in local neighborhoods and introduce them to our pest control services. Your day typically involves working in residential areas, speaking with homeowners, identifying pest issues they may be experiencing, and offering a simple solution through one of our service plans. This is a commission-based sales role designed for motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want the opportunity to earn based on their performance.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $72K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $48K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
