Door to door sales rep

We are looking for individuals that are interested in door to door sales, both residential and commercial. The goal is to build a team of three that will work together to grow our customer base. As a small business with a new sales force we will encourage the sales team to shape their procedures.

What you'll be doing

• Top-tier D2D reps target 2 sales/day in pest control, tracked in real-time via Sales Rabbit, ramping over 4-6 weeks to ~$1,000/week
• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Educate homeowners on treatment programs and pricing tiers
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 35: First commission cleared, ramp metrics on track
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $52K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
