Joshua Mallen is the Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor of HyperHired®. HyperHired wasn’t built from a business plan — it was built from a problem. Joshua and his partners needed to build their own sales teams, and the recruiters, agencies, and bad actors they trusted to do it led them nowhere and nearly put them out of business. So they built the firm they wished had existed.
A serial entrepreneur, Joshua has built dozens of companies from the ground up across insurance, lead generation, marketing, BPO operations, business funding, and e-commerce. He has led sales floors, scaled sales and marketing systems to significant scale, and developed and mentored countless amounts of talent. It’s the throughline behind everything he builds: he doesn’t theorize about what a high-performing sales team looks like — he has spent years building and running them himself.
