Justin Goldsmith is the Co-Founder and CEO of HyperHired® — but he didn’t start in the corner office. In the company’s earliest days he was the first to carry a quota, the first to own account management, and the first to run recruitment end to end. Almost every system HyperHired runs on today was built by him, in the seat, solving the problem directly in front of him.

As the company scaled, Justin moved into the COO role and built the machine behind the business — the marketing and advertising engine, the sales and onboarding processes, the recruitment and screening methodologies, and the website and SEO strategy that drive the firm today. The playbook HyperHired® now executes at scale is, in large part, the one he wrote rep by rep and hire by hire.
