What Is The HyperHired® Guarantee?

HyperHired® operates on a contingency model — you don’t pay full price upfront, and you don’t keep paying for results we don’t deliver. Every engagement includes a written replacement guarantee tied to each placement, covering all separations regardless of cause. If a candidate we place doesn’t work out within the guarantee period, we replace them at no additional placement fee. The guarantee window and fee structure scale with the seniority of the role — 30 days on sales roles, 6 months on manager placements, and 6–12 months on VP & C-Suite placements under a custom SLA.

Sales-role placements run on our contingency model — an initiation fee covering the upfront search work, plus per-placement pricing tied to hires actually delivered. Every placement is covered by the standard 30-day replacement guarantee.

Standard Replacement Guarantee

Every placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee starting from the candidate’s first day. If the candidate leaves for any reason — voluntary resignation, termination for cause, or termination without cause — we provide a replacement at no additional Pay-Per-Hire Fee.

To activate the guarantee, submit a written Replacement Request within 5 business days of the candidate’s separation, or 1 business day before the guarantee expires — whichever comes first. We review your request and resume recruiting within 10 business days.

Overage Hire Guarantee

Hires beyond your selected package size carry a 14-day replacement guarantee at the package’s per-hire rate. Upgrade to a larger plan during your engagement to extend coverage to the standard 30-day guarantee.

What is the HyperHired Replacement Guarantee?
Every placement under a HyperHired engagement includes a written replacement guarantee. How long does it take to start recruiting sales reps?
Once we've established that you're a good fit, we schedule you for an onboarding call and are then typically able to begin our sales recruiting process for new clients within 48-72 hours.

Our Sales Onboarding Process is in-depth, and our goal is to establish a comprehensive understanding of your business. We take a consultative approach with each of our clients, ensuring that your compensation structure, offer, onboarding process, and training process allows you to not only attract but also retain top sales reps.
How much do you charge to hire sales reps?
We charge a small initiation fee that covers the upfront work — comp structure design, role architecture, and candidate matching infrastructure — plus a per-placement fee tied to actual hires. On a typical 10-hire engagement, the initiation works out to about $1,500 per hire. Compare that to retained search firms charging 20–30% of first-year salary upfront, often $15K–$30K per single role, with no placement guarantee.
How do you ensure sales candidates are qualified?
We build a custom screening and qualification process based on your job requirements and our 30+ years of combined experience in the sales recruiting field. During the screening process, we disqualify between 80% and 90% of all potential sales candidates, which ensures that you're only meeting with candidates who fit your need.
How many sales reps are you typically placing for your clients?
The exact number of hires will vary based on your experience requirements, but our typical client is able to meet or exceed their hiring goals month-over-month. With that said, we work on projects big and small – so whether you’re looking to recruit 2 salespeople or looking to recruit a door-to-door team or call center with 200 reps over the next 3 months, we’re more than capable of meeting your requirements. How do fees and guarantees work for manager and executive placements?
Manager placements are priced at 15–20% of the hire’s estimated first-year earnings (EFYE), split into three time-based payments paid out across the 6-month guarantee window. VP & C-Suite placements run 25–30% of EFYE, also in three time-based payments spread across the guarantee window, with a 6–12 month replacement guarantee defined in a custom SLA.
Do larger packages get longer guarantees?
For sales-role placements, the standard 30-day replacement guarantee applies to all packages from Single through 20-Pack. Clients executing custom enterprise engagements (typically 20-Pack and above, or multi-package commitments) can negotiate extended guarantee periods of up to 90 days as part of a Custom SLA. Manager and executive placements carry longer guarantees by default — 6 months and 6–12 months respectively.
What voids the guarantee?
The guarantee is voided by: providing inaccurate interview information, missing two or more scheduled weekly calls in a single calendar month, failing to maintain Hiring Tracker updates, or going 14+ consecutive days without engaging with active recruitment efforts. All voidability conditions are detailed in the service agreement.
