What Is The HyperHired® Guarantee?
HyperHired® operates on a contingency model — you don’t pay full price upfront, and you don’t keep paying for results we don’t deliver. Every engagement includes a written replacement guarantee tied to each placement, covering all separations regardless of cause. If a candidate we place doesn’t work out within the guarantee period, we replace them at no additional placement fee. The guarantee window and fee structure scale with the seniority of the role — 30 days on sales roles, 6 months on manager placements, and 6–12 months on VP & C-Suite placements under a custom SLA.

Sales-role placements run on our contingency model — an initiation fee covering the upfront search work, plus per-placement pricing tied to hires actually delivered. Every placement is covered by the standard 30-day replacement guarantee.

Standard Replacement Guarantee
Every placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee starting from the candidate’s first day. If the candidate leaves for any reason — voluntary resignation, termination for cause, or termination without cause — we provide a replacement at no additional Pay-Per-Hire Fee.

Replacement Request Window
To activate the guarantee, submit a written Replacement Request within 5 business days of the candidate’s separation, or 1 business day before the guarantee expires — whichever comes first. We review your request and resume recruiting within 10 business days.

Overage Hire Guarantee
Hires beyond your selected package size carry a 14-day replacement guarantee at the package’s per-hire rate. Upgrade to a larger plan during your engagement to extend coverage to the standard 30-day guarantee.
Sales manager placements are priced as a percentage of the hire’s estimated first-year earnings (EFYE), split into three payments spread across the guarantee window — so the fee is paid out as the placement proves out, and every placement carries a 6-month replacement guarantee.

Every manager placement carries a 6-month replacement guarantee covering all separations regardless of cause. If the hire doesn’t work out within the guarantee window, we run the replacement search at no additional placement fee.
Executive search placements — VP of Sales, CRO, and other C-Suite revenue roles — are priced as a percentage of estimated first-year earnings, with three payments spread across the guarantee window and backed by our longest guarantee under a custom SLA.

VP & C-Suite placements carry a 6–12 month replacement guarantee, with the exact window defined in a custom SLA scoped to the role. All terms are documented in writing as part of the engagement.
