The Challenge

Patriot Exteriors had used Indeed but wasn't maximizing it, and had never run a dedicated canvassing team. Past door-knocking had been ad hoc — sales reps working storm-damaged neighborhoods after a tornado, or knocking a customer's neighbors — never a team built specifically to set appointments and inspections. The company wanted to stand up that direct-marketing motion deliberately, but doing the sourcing and prescreening internally was a heavy lift for a growing company without an established recruiting function.

The Approach

The company expected those conversion numbers to climb further as the reps trained up and the weather improved.
