The Challenge

Assurance Service Partners is a Medicare insurance brokerage in Central New York with a team of ten to twenty agents selling through in-home and virtual presentations. Its president wanted to grow that team aggressively ahead of the Medicare selling season, but he was candid on the first call: he had never recruited for candidates before, and the constraint was not budget or market. It was his own time.

Insurance recruiting punishes that constraint. A license alone says little about whether an agent can close, and the owner could not afford to spend his selling season screening resumes to find out.

The Approach

HyperHired built the search campaign so that the only recruiting work left on the president's desk was the final interview itself. HyperHired sourced across its database and job boards, screened for the closing ability behind the license, and scheduled interviews directly onto his calendar through HireTracker, with a dedicated recruiter as his single point of contact.

When the first candidates came through strong, HyperHired moved quickly to keep the pipeline warm rather than letting good agents land elsewhere. The president completed his initial 5-pack in roughly eight weeks and chose to keep going at the 10-pack rate rather than pause.

The Results

Assurance Service Partners confirmed six licensed agents hired over the late spring and summer, adding meaningfully to a team that had started at ten to twenty reps, without the owner ever writing a job post or reading an inbound resume. Each placement carried HyperHired's replacement guarantee, and the president told HyperHired midway through that the process and his recruiter were working well for him.

By late summer the brokerage had absorbed as many new agents as it could train and paused hiring until the new year, a seasonal decision rather than a change of partner. The relationship stays open for the next cycle.

"All is good, and I think Shane will work great with me."
