This is a "Book a Call" position

The right canidate will have the following qualifications. They have to be versed in crypto and Defi They have to be active on several social media platforms having to do with Defi and crypto investing. They have to have sales "Closing the sale" experience.over a Gmeet or Zoom call. The right canidate will basicly run their own sales business. They will be responsible to post, comment, participate on their chosen social media to generate their own "Book a Call" leads. The candidate is activly posting and attracting thier own leads. They get a generous $250 per sale, so their income is entirily up to them and how hard they want to work. They can scale their income into the thousands or more every week. Has to be an experienced "Go Getter" that can work on their own, build the business that they want, without someone looking over their shoulder. This is a "Business in a Box" for them.

What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Run in-home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
