Sales/Key Word Specialist

Hey, I'm reaching out because I'm pumped about my role as a Sales/Key Word Specialist at our team a nutshell, I help small business owners get discovered instantly when customers use voice search on Siri, Alexa, Google. Assistant, and the other top platforms—think plumbers, restaurants, contractors who are losing leads because they're not showing up in those 'Hey. Google, find me a.' queries. I reach out to business owners, explain how we optimize their listings with the right keywords and voice-friendly setup across the five major voice search platforms, sign them up for our service, and get them visible fast so they start getting more calls and foot traffic.

What you'll be doing

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1: Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Hungry. Motivated and Coachable
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
