Event Sponsorship Sales (open to your advice on this @hyperhired)
If you're looking to join a team of smart executives for the long term, not just another sales job, but be in a position to grow with us from sales person, to VP, and beyond, then join us at PBC. The day to day would be: -Sales, Sales, Sales…Selling sponsorships and tickets to the our team -Reaching out to leads via email, text/call, and linkedin message in order to get them on a call -Closing leads on the call and getting contract signed -Building relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
What you'll be doing
- Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
- Run discovery calls, present packages, and close high-margin engagements
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
- Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
- Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$60K annualized)
- Year 1: Top quartile clears $600K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and willingness to live in the CRM
